1 Event, 5 Global Locations and a 70,000 Photo Mosaic!

The Brief

GSK, a global pharmaceutical company, held an internal corporate event to celebrate their company’s achievements and make their employees feel valued. They wanted to bring their multiple global offices together using a hybrid setting. This is the concept of having events at each of their headquarters worldwide and bringing members together online too. So how did they get together members from 5 global locations and interact with each other? Noonah’s technology was the solution to making this happen.

The Solution

Our lightweight, robust, physical photobooths were fully branded and set up in London, Belgium, India, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. The booths were easy to use, and guests loved posing in front of them, so much so that there were queues to take their photos. We also used our Virtual Photo Booth+ as an alternative way for guests to take pictures virtually. All the images taken were then fed into our Virtual Mosaic 3.0; the mosaic comprised 70,000 images to create a branded image. Guests of the event could see the mosaic fill up live on huge TV screens across all the offices and could even view the mosaic online on their mobile devices. Our technology was used to bring multiple locations together at a hybrid event and gave the attendees a fantastic way to interact and remember the event.
