For the launch of the new Fenty Icon semi-matte refillable lipstick, the Boots store in Covent Garden that created a personalised experience for each shopper and offer them something special.

The Solution

After viewing the brief, our Personalize technology was the perfect fit. This technology allowed customers to get their brand new lipstick engraved with their names. Since the lipstick is refillable, this is a great keepsake which they can keep forever. Boots held a storewide event that offered shoppers makeovers, and personal shopping experience for their new look, which they could then capture in our custom-built photo booth. The photobooth provided shoppers with printed and digital photo with frames and branding which they could keep to remember their experience.

Shoppers loved the personal element to this in-store experience and the fact they could take away a printed photo to remember their time at the event. The results were epic, with just roughly 1000 photos taken in our booth and around 50 lipsticks engraved!
