The Brief

To provide cutting-edge technology in the form of a new concept ‘beauty changing rooms’ in their beauty hall, in order to provide a great customer experience. The beauty changing rooms allow customers to take samples or purchased products from the beauty hall and try them on in a private space. The booths needed to have a smart mirror with customisable lighting to take high-quality pictures of people sat in the booth and the functionality to send the images to customers so they can share them on social media.

The Solution

The installation of custom selfie mirrors with added features was created. The features include a wind machine to create the perfect hair-swept selfie, QR codes so customers can share their photos, a foot pedal for activation to fit COVID-19 restrictions. The mirrors are the latest in customisable event technology, the selfie mirror features a camera hidden behind a mirror, allowing the consumer to see themselves as they try products and take amazing branded selfies. A customised user experience guides them easily through the process and requires minimal instructions. Our technology overhauls the traditional beauty shopping experience with a customer-centric focus.

FLANNELS is now home to the world’s first beauty changing rooms using Noonah Technology to create an interactive digitally connected, private spaces designed to test, trial, and play with beauty. The luxury brand has introduced the beauty world to a reinvented way of shopping beauty must-haves. Taking beauty shopping experience to the next level.
