The Brief

The Barclays FA Women’s Super League wanted an experience to allow fans to take a selfie with their favourite players. The technology we decided to use allowed your fans to meet their hero – whom they may otherwise never have the chance to meet. Creating an unforgettable moment in the eyes of football fanatics will make Barclays memorable.

The Solution

We used Human Holograms to allow the public to pose with the players ‘Selfie with the Stars’. A modern touch screen was used to direct fans through the experience and displayed the players as they interacted with the experience. To activate the technology, football fanatics would scan a QR code and enter email address to start the experience. The photos send directly to the user, and they could then share them on social media with the hashtag #AllToPlayFor.

The Human Hologram kiosks were stationed at every Women’s Super League event; it was a fun activation and fans loved getting a photo with their football idols.
